Another "Anthro Cubone"... blame ~Dr-Paine, she suggested it. It's the skull of an African Hornbill. 
This seemed a lot more triumhpant or bittersweet to me than scary, while drawing it... but hell, that's what Hallowe'en/All Hallows Eve/Samhain is to me. More spiritual and full of rememberance and celebration of the cycle of life and death, than cheap scares and candy. 
Though I couldn't resist the little jack-o-lantern scarecrow... who appears to be, uh... hanging.

The hazy blur on the spiky fence post and throughout the lines gives it such a cold, misty feel to it. Very striking!
